At Dyulokha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we strive to ensure the highest quality standards in our merchandise, we understand that there may be instances where a return is necessary.

Additionally, when purchasing merchandise from our online store, please note that due to variations in lighting and screen settings, the jewelry's appearance in pictures may differ slightly from the physical merchandise. 

Returns

Products are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S & India within 24 hours of purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with the sales receipt. All merchandise must be returned with its original packaging intact, including jewelry boxes and pouches. Additionally, photographic or video evidence of any damage is required. Exclusions apply, please note:

Eligible Merchandise

  • Merchandise that arrives damaged or defective are eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Eligible Merchandise

  • Customized or altered Merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Merchandise that arrives without damage are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • E-gift Cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Certain limited edition and sale merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Merchandise purchased online for in-store pickup are not eligible for return; however, exchanges are offered.
  • Merchandise purchased using e-gift card or store credit are not eligible for return/exchange.

Return Process for an online purchase

Dyulokha  offers complimentary shipping for eligible returns, you may do so through any of the following:

  • Contact us and one of our client advisors will assist you.
  • You may also return your merchandise at our Dyulokha stores located in the U.S (Frisco, Texas) and India (Hyderabad, Telangana).
  • For home deliveries, merchandise must be physically returned to the store on the same day they were delivered to be eligible for a refund.
  • For in-store pickups, we offer exchanges only; returns are not available. Exchanges must be initiated at the time of pickup and cannot be facilitated once the customer has left the store premises.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your jewelry merchandise for a different size or style due to damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once Dyulokha receives the damaged items or verifies that returns match the condition depicted in provided photographic or video evidence.

For online/phone purchases

Credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms, and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply. Gift recipients are only entitled to an exchange. Purchases made via PayPal will receive a credit directly through PayPal.

For in-store purchases

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Refunds will be provided only for purchases by cash or check to the original purchaser; credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms, and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issue of that credit card shall also apply. Refunds for purchases by check will be issued by company mail check upon presentation of the sales receipt and only if the funds have been received by Dyulokha. Cash purchases over $300 will be refunded by mail check. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange.
