Dyulokha partners with trusted artisans, brands, and fulfillment providers across multiple regions. Orders may be fulfilled from our DFW Distribution Center (Texas, USA) or our India Fulfillment Warehouse, depending on product availability, inventory location, and your delivery destination. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

The fulfillment location is automatically selected based on inventory availability, product type, and destination. Customers cannot choose the warehouse from which an order ships.

Products stocked in our DFW Distribution Center (Texas, USA) ship domestically within the United States and, where inventory is available, to Canada for faster delivery.

Eligible orders of $500 USD or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping for deliveries within the United States and Canada when fulfilled through our standard shipping service. Orders fulfilled from our India Fulfillment Warehouse may use different shipping rates based on package weight and destination.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

• Product availability
• Multiple warehouse fulfillment
• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Peak holiday seasons
• Customs clearance for eligible international shipments

Orders fulfilled from our DFW Distribution Center generally arrive sooner than products shipped directly from our India Fulfillment Warehouse.

While we work with trusted shipping partners to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

United States Deliveries

For all orders delivered within the United States, customers will not be charged customs duties or import fees, regardless of whether the order is fulfilled from our DFW Distribution Center (Texas) or our India Fulfillment Warehouse.

Dyulokha manages the import process for U.S.-bound shipments so your order can be delivered without unexpected customs charges.

Canada Deliveries

Customs responsibility varies depending on the fulfillment location and shipping service selected during checkout.

• Orders fulfilled from our India Fulfillment Warehouse: Dyulokha covers applicable customs duties, import taxes, and standard customs clearance charges. Customers typically will not incur additional import-related fees upon delivery.
• Orders fulfilled from our DFW Distribution Center using DHL, UPS, USPS, or other carrier-calculated international shipping services may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges assessed by Canadian customs or the selected carrier. These charges are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

Any applicable duties or import charges shown during checkout are based on the selected shipping service and carrier.

In rare circumstances, customs authorities may require additional documentation or inspections that are outside Dyulokha's control. Our Customer Support team will gladly assist should this occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

If your order is fulfilled from multiple warehouse locations, you may receive separate shipment confirmation emails and tracking numbers for each package.

Multiple Warehouse Fulfillment

To provide faster delivery and improve product availability, orders may be fulfilled from one or more of our fulfillment locations:

• DFW Distribution Center — Texas, USA
• India Fulfillment Warehouse — Hyderabad, India

If your order contains products stocked in different warehouses, they may be shipped separately at no additional shipping cost unless otherwise indicated during checkout.
